astronomy symbol on ring?

Hi, I found the following ring a while ago, and there appear to be three visible stamps on it. However, I'm only familiar with one of the markings (925, silver). The stamp on the far left is discernible, but I'm unsure what it implies. The stamp on the far right is hard to make out, but is perhaps more readily apparent in the second image below. Any input is appreciated, and I'm particularly interested if the symbols indicate an approximate age or maker (which then conveys the age)?
