Unknown maker name "CUFF" maybe first name "O

I have a vintage/older sterling/turquoise bracelet...it is stamped CUFF STERLING...there is a mark above it..but there wasn't enough room for it on the piece...perhaps it is a first name...the first letter "O" and the last letter "E" are visible only...any information is appreciated!
