Absolutely. Yes, the marks are on one item.

There is even a 4th one...

It looks like Belgian hallmarks, maybe from Liège.

I forgot to precise : 18th c. Belgian hallmarks.

Two crowned different year letters on one item? Please show us an image of whole item.
Brugge (Bruges) 2nd half 18th century.
