Can anybody identify these hallmarks? Is it really a Russian or a fake.

Not a fake and not Russian but from the Estonian Soviet Socialist Republic's capital Tallinn. Made in 1959 in "Juvelirnaja Fabrika" (Jewellery Factory). It is silver in 875/1000.
Kindly show the whole object.
