antique silver gravy ladle?

I got this gravy ladle at a estate sale. cant identify marks on handle. anyone out there know its origin? The mark is really small, its 3 castle- looking towers with the # 22 . and another mark with what looks to be a letter H with a c in the top half of the H, and a F in the bottom of the space of the H.

It's Danish silver, assayed in 1922.
