Silver ingot marking, expertise sought

Greetings fellow silver enthusiasts!

Sometime back I acquired this silver 25 troy oz ingot and failed to document where it was produced. Do any of you recognize the markings on it or can you direct me to experts that might be able to? Its important for us to know so that we can provide provinance to the new owner.

This isn't my/our area of expertise, but I did a 3 minute check on eBay and found the marking was for M & B Mining.
