there are no markings on the back.

Yes, saw that you noted in your first post that it was unmarked, but I wouldn't ask without good reason.....can most likely assist you, but will need a clear, full view of the back.

I am unsure what the base spoon is, but the stamping is done with common punches used by many native Americans and other craftsmen. The punches are still available from companies like Rio Grande.
