help with identifying these spoons plz

I bought these 2 spoons at a resale shop and for the life of me I can't find anything on them. I says WH with the name F.S. Blackman on it. Any help to identify them would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance.

Frederick Starr Blackman (retailer) and
Wood & Hughes (wholesaler).

The set of pseudo marks on the Bemiss spoon are similar to marks often seen on silver items made in Canada,
but that is not to say that it could not have been made in the United States.
Frederick S Blackman was listed as late as 1892 in Croffut's Danbury City Directory as a jeweler at 63 Main.

Death of an Old Time Silversmith
Danbury, Conn., Aug. 19.—Fred. K. S. Blackman, one of the oldest residents of this town and who was many years the prominent silversmith and jeweler in this town, is dead. He melted up the old Spanish silver dollars and made spoons for the brides in days of yore, many of these household treasures remaining to this day.
