Candelabra 800 - maker?

I have seen this candelabra which I cannot identify. Here the pictures of it. I assume it was made in the 1930s. Probably German or Italian?

What`s the mark on the right ?
``800`` and numbers do not help.

Thanks! You might be 100% right. The hallmark does look like Romania. Will look now for the maker.
