Hello, believe that the mark on the left hand side is a retailer' mark. No idea, though. Second from left is what remains of an incompletely struck mark of Koch and Bergfeld. Compare here

It is not a fish fork but a meat fork produced by Koch & Bergfeld in 1905 model no. 28700.
