Scottish Or Dutch?

thanks for any help you can give. The dish is on three small stub legs and the work is hand chased, you can see the tool marks in the depressions on the back.

Hi,

Welcome to the Forum.

Neither, it's German, made by Friedrich Reusswig of Hanau.

See: http://www.925-1000.com/Fgerman_hanau_marks_01.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Hey, thank you so much for the information. I am sorry if I put this in the wrong section. Do you have a rough date that this maker was active?
