unknown makers mark from Dresden IBB

there is in 1809 Joh(ann) Bernh(ard) Bergmann, Lochg.449
but
there is in 1810 Johann Benjamin Breymann, Lochg.449

so I think Johann Benjamin Breymann is correct.
