Does anyone recognize this mark?

Post by byroncard »

I have a set of 5 of these spoons. I can't find the symbol anywhere so I must defer to the experts. The writing on the back says "STERLING PAT.1891"
Here are the links:

Thanks for the help in advance.

Hi,

Whiting Mfg. Co.

That's Whiting's Louis XV pattern, see: http://www.925-1000.com/patterns_Whiting_4.html
