Vintage Sugar bowl 1930's ? RS co.

Have searched main index with no luck. Have found a post in forum of same maker with no replies. Wondering if anyone knows maker of this sugar bowl. Creamer pedestal was twisted beyond repair. I don't think these are rare, but I'm having no luck finding the maker. Any help would be appreciated. Mark is a capital R, then larger capital S, and then small co .
