Thomas Wilkingson - Sheffield silverplate on copper?

A few years ago I bought this coffeepot. At the time I was told that it is sterling silver plate on copper, made by Thomas Wilkingson & Son of Sheffield, and dated between 1890 and 1910.

Since then I have been trying to find out more about the hallmarks shown on the bottom and the maker, but without success. I would be grateful for any information that you may be able to give me.

The picture of the hallmark is not very clear - the first says "T.W", the second is a bird (swan/pelican?) and the third "&S".

Thanks in advance.

Just because no question with photos (lost now) should go unanswered--Name is Wilkinson without "g", mark and dates here: https://www.925-1000.com/silverplate_W2.html

Terms Sheffield Sterling, Sheffield Silver, and Sheffield Plate are used interchangably for advertising slogans designating silverplated products (electro-plate lrocess).
