Silver or Gold Bowl found at estate sale

Looking to identify this bowl. It says Sainta Maire 92 inscribed on bottom. Could it be Santa Maria 1492?
I found at an estate sale.
It is silver in color but tests higher than 22K gold
it is 81/2 in is diameter and 10 1/2 if you include handles
it is 2 1/2 in high
