Silver colour swing handle basket with glass liner

Hello, I acquired this item and I can not be sure if it is solid silver or not. Each foot of the basket is stamped with unknown marks.
After some research I feel that they could be antique french hallmarks. Can anybody help identify the marks on the attched pictures?

They are British Design Registry marks.

The lack of a British silver hallmark implies that the frame is electroplated, not solid silver.
