Silver plate fruit spoon I'D help

Hi I was wondering if anybody would be able to help identify the maker of this engraved spoon?

Second time lucky!







The close ups aren't really that great bet on the back of the spoon bowl is a crown with EP beneath, three sets of initals and the letter S which I think means 1867?

On the back of the trapedzoidal shape with a 1 in a small buble above, then working anti-clockwise, a 9, a 7 and a 6 and then a letter or number that I can't work put. In the middle of the shape is a capital R and a small d.

Any help with this would be appreciated. I think it's a fruit/grapefruit spoon.
