I found this silver piece whole cleaning out my mothers home. Can someone tell me if this is silver-plate or sterling?

We prefer it if, rather than linking to your picture, you can actually embed it in the post - like this:

tags to surround it). It is also sometimes useful if you can post an image of the whole piece as styles can often be a clue to origin.
Although I do not recognise the manufacturer's marks it is clear from the EP-NS (electroplated nickel silver) that this is silver plate rather than solid silver.
