Warwick Silver Plate N. Y.

Post by Traintime »

Two marks "Warwick SilverPlate" and "Warwick Silver Plate" found on Jewell pattern items have been linked to Arion, Marion, Pelham, Carlton, R. & B. (Rogers & Bro. Waterbury 2nd Quality Flatware), and International Silver. Designer credited to Frederick E. Pretat (1916). I leave it to the experts to decide if this is a related source. [Some parties mistakingly read the R. & B. as Reed & Barton, so beware.]
This mark is "Warwick Silver Plate N. Y." and does not seem to be listed on the usual suspect sites. The pattern is being noted as "WAW1" by sellers, but without reference to their source. Generally listed as 1900-40. Feel free to add anything you know about the maker, pattern, designer, or whatever.
