Cutlery age.

Hello!
First of all, I apologize for my English, it is not my first language.
I would be grateful if you could tell me the antiquity of this silverware set (the seal knifeĀ“s 872212)
According to the stamp the blade is made of stainless steel, but I have the doubt if the handle is silver and the forks and spoons too?
I suspect it is bathed in silver, not solid silver.
I am right?

It`s lisver plated.

It does not meen the set was made in 1910 when the design was registered (the number falls within 1910 sequence).
