Cutlery age.

Hello!
First of all, I apologize for my English, it is not my first language.
I would be grateful if you could tell me the antiquity of this silverware set (the seal knife´s 872212)
According to the stamp the blade is made of stainless steel, but I have the doubt if the handle is silver and the forks and spoons too?
I suspect it is bathed in silver, not solid silver.
I am right?

It`s lisver plated.
For British registered numbers see here.

It does not meen the set was made in 1910 when the design was registered (the number falls within 1910 sequence).

Thanks for your answer, for a moment i thought they could been made of petwer or steel.
