Silver plate mark with " 1802 knight's cross and marlin sailfish

The mark on the bottom of this very large 4 bottle wine champagne bucket has "1802 with a sailfish in the middle and a knights cross". Can anyone help identifying it? Thanks (I have an photo but don't see any feature here to ad an image?)
