So I know this is a John Hart design brooch just can't identify hallmarks accurately

I bought this brooch for my friend as a graduation present and I really would love to provide more information for her ie the date it was made etc. I think that the second symbol is the lion rampant and the last may be a letter but the more I research the more confused I am as I am finding it hard to distinguish the marks. I know it is a John Hart brooch based on an Alexander Ritchie design although I think the citrine was added at a later date.
If anyone could help me I would really appreciate it
