please help identify strange silver marks on necklace

Hi.

I came across this unusual antique silver necklace. Can somebody help me identify the maker or at least the country it's from. Thank you!!!

Your necklace is Irish as it has a Dublin hallmark with the date letter h for 1975. The maker's mark is POM for Padraigh O'Mathuna of Cashel, Tipperary.
