Hi Guys, seems a German Pendant on side Hallmark like , 800(A)geschutzt halfmond and crown and has another mark on eyelet like 925 (V). Please share your knowledge about the Hallmarks, why two on one article, Thanky you.
Two items of two different qualities and different makers..pendant of .800 Silver by A(over)O encircled [Geschutzt means protected and refers to the maker mark here. It does not mean "Patented", but is used with another G word to read "Patent Protected" on yhose objects so marked.] The hanger is made of .925 Sterling Silver by another maker and coupled to the pendant...stock hanger supplies could be common for modern production or someone may have just switched pieces around for repairs, home customizing or whatever.
