Small bracelet (help:)

This bracelet is about 2x 1 3/4 inches in size I can't find out anything on it..any ideas? Thank you

The hallmark is Chester with the date letter A for 1901. The maker is Thomas Able, a jeweller, of Tenby Street North in Birmingham.
