Hello!
Please help find the author of this works . What is the style of
decoration and where can I see more of such work and learn more about
them? At the vendor's website indicated that a Native American, somewhere around the Boston area ....

It's not Native American in the least, the vendor you are referencing frequently uses NA terms illegally as Keyword Spamming.

Those are refered to as art jewelry, from the 1990's. Most likely student work and produced at a just about any art school. They are basicly assemblages of readily available castings and findings.
