Hi Everyone,
Happy New Year!
Does anyone recognize the maker's mark on this sterling brooch?
Thanks in advance for any help.
Best, Nancy

Moderist Sterling Pin
Re: Moderist Sterling Pin
I can't promise to come up with anything, but it helps me if you can say what you see the mark to be.
Sometimes what is seen in person is better than what can be made out in an image and vice versa.
I don't mean to sound too remedial, but also please consider that the maker's mark may be upside down from the word sterling. It can happen.
Hopefully, somebody will know this mark and that'll be that anyway.
Good luck with your research!

Hi,
Thanks, that makes sense. It looks like four initials, possibly LCST. I've tried researching that combination, as well as variations, with no luck, the lettering is ambiguous....I was hoping someone might recognize the mark.
Appreciate your kind advice.
Best, Nancy
