Help with signature on Chinese silver qilin necklace

Hi Nancy,

The Chinese characters said that is silver mark. It is said the purity of the silver is 980. In 19 Century, a lot of Chinese workshop imported the silver art to Europé. I Think it is one of them. The Twin coin with square in the center is the most typical Chinese decoration on the silver work. It wishes the poeple who owns this work is wealthy.
