Can anyone ID this mark - Real silver or plated?

I can't figure out how to post photos...maybe someone can help? My silver tray appears hand made and has a Persian or Middle Eastern looking Arabic marking on the back...someone please help!!

I can't see any signs of copper or brass anywhere.

Hi,

It could be Morocco, your image up site down, silver misstruck and faded town mark of Casablanca, circa 1900
