I have a set of six of these tea glass holders. I took a close-up photo of the markings but I cannot identify this mark from any catalog. Also, I looked for a silver purity mark on the cups but cannot find one. I don't think these are plated but based on the research I've done, ALL real Russian silver is marked with a purity mark.
Any help any one can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Help identifying these marks - thanks!

Yes, I believe it to be Persian (Farsi) ۸ ۴ or 84 (zolotniki) as 875/1000 parts silver
