Thanks to Oel I was able to post a pic. Thanks for working with the mentally challenged bro! Does anyone recognize this obscure mark?

Good day,

Not Arabic, Farsi or Persian (Iran) language. The two characters at 9 o'clock are Persian numerals that actually translate as 84, what you also see at 3 o'clock or 870/1000 parts silver. As to the translation of the characters at 1 o'clock and 6, will leave those for others.
