HI Everyone, When I first looked at this ring I thought it was eastern / middle eastern. Then I noticed the crescent moon stampwork on the sides which I associate with Native American. Ugh, feeling a bit dense...I thought Chs. A was the maker, not the previous owner's name...
Other than the date there are no other marks.

Forgot to say also marked 1864.

Just found a very similar ring online, described as NOSEY, and K14 for 14K, the ring was masterly crafted by M. Nosey Dragon & Co. in Tientsin (Tianjin), China from circa 1890. Mark on that ring does not include HKONG. So maybe a later repro?
