I believe your moon and star mark was used by the Manhattan Silver Plate Company located in Lyons, New York. They were incorporated in 1877 as the successor to the Manhattan Plating Company. They became part of the International Silver Company in 1898. This mark was not used after 1904.

Your mark was used by Barstow & Williams, Providence, Rhode Island. 1888 to around 1904 when the name became N. Barstow & Co. Found info in Rainwater's 4th edition.
