Srry I was bussy with work. I think the item is a electroplated copper, probably used for collecting rests of food (I guess).

I use Clorine, magnet and finally acid tet. It is plated but I had to "dig" a bit to reach the no silver metal and test it with acid. I dont want to do it again. Next Ill run gravity test by Arquimidis principle.

Looking for some info
About a marker mark in south america, probably Uruguay. Name is "Arte Plata". They have a jewelers company still working but I couldnt find their history yet. I want to know if they were working on silver crafts.
