Good catch Pat-

It took me a few minutes to see it, how come two thirds of it is missing? seems like a weird way of marking it.

Hello-

What is the final mark after the 830? I know I have seen if before but just cannot remember where, and was this spoon intended to have the stem bent the way it is?

Hi Bo- On the page that Pat gave you the link to shows that the first mark is a cresent moon and crown, the second is for silver purity of .800-1000, third is the L.W for Lutz and Weiss, the fourth I have no Idea either. However I would guess a city mark...? http://www.925-1000.com/Fgerman_marks_b18...

Hello Rover- The swirl design, I have always just heard it as circular brushing like you see on stainless steel and aluminum plates on fire engines. In your picture I thought the mark was an anchor also, until I realized from Trev's post that it is a B. with a sword through it for Blackinton. Are yo...

Hi Gabriela- I can not see the picture very well, but it is not a Maltese cross. It looks as though it might be a Zia, one of the American Indian symbols for the sun. Look up a picture of the New Mexico flag and see what you think. Can you post a picture of the charm so we can see what it looks like...
