Without any other marks it is impossible to identify maker. unless someone knows teh item. Marks give no clue - also sorry

German spoons 13 + CF

You just missed one mark. The walking lion. I know that its common knowledge, but maybe your friend does not know.
The walking lion is british for sterling 925/1000 and called "lion passant"

Ok that a lot af silver smiths.
My interest in silver is primarily before 1900 - and even best before 1850.
But still its fun to discover and become vice.

Sugar sifter - that was the word I was looking for.

OK cant understand why they do not open. They do on my computer. However JS mark - you dont have to open. Its easy to see.

It is not sterling - Sterling is 925 and 3 towers is (at least) 830. So silver it is. Or 13 1/4 lod (lod is the old term used for centuries) 3 towers is used since 1608 and yours if from 1950 - you can see it from 50. 13 1/4 out of 16 - where 16 is 1000. Hello Tom TVENSTRUP is the name of the silversmith. In Denmark the official way was 4 marks. 1 for the smith 1 for month 1 for town and 1 for guardein.
