Re: 800 Silver Germany Necklace RFI

Thank you Bahner, I really struggled with dating the necklace, this is very helpful. I did several searches for Gebrueder Hollander & wasn't able to find any other references. If you know, can you say when they were producing jewelry? Again, many thanks.

800 Silver Germany Necklace RFI

Hi Everyone,

Hoping someone can comment on this necklace, marked Handarbeit 800 G H separated by a ship mast. No crown / crescent moon mark, does this indicate pre-1886?
Thanks in advance!

Re: SILVER CIGARETTE CASE

Hi Trev,

Many thanks for the links. I did previously look at the Turkish marks on http://www.925, but wasn't sure if they were a good match. The site showing the devices is excellent. I appreciate your help.

Hi Everyone,

Can anyone ID this as a Victor Jaimez mark? Not aware of Guadalajara appearing in his mark.

Thanks for any thoughts,

Hello All, I've been trying to hunt down the mark on this Danish pillbox? or compact?. It looks like silver, but I can't find a silver mark, nor any info on the maker mark. It's marked S & F 297 Denmark with a tiny fish. Any info is appreciated! Best, Nancy http://gallery.me.com/nancypigtunia#10...

Re: Moderist Sterling Pin

Hi,
Thanks, that makes sense. It looks like four initials, possibly LCST. I've tried researching that combination, as well as variations, with no luck, the lettering is ambiguous....I was hoping someone might recognize the mark.

Appreciate your kind advice.
