For me makersmark looks more like JS. Was there a son or father?

It is the mark of Werner Sittmann in Köln.

3 crowns for Köln, S for Sittmann
13 for 13/16 = 812,5/1000

thanks, yes, it looks like CIP there are some towns with K as hallmark Chemnitz (it is not Chemnitz) Künzelsau had a C or K ... there was a maker Johann Christian Preuninger (Breuninger) in the 1740...
