small ladle, no city mark?

help with this small ladle

hello, i obtained a small ladle and i believe it is english. it has the lion passant, small u, the second monarch profile, and makers mark what i can tell is , xc, and there is no city mark. please help, thank you

sterling maker's mark

i recently bought a sterling pin dish, and cannot identify makers mark. it is a large V with a arrow threw it with bros. down the middle of the V. thank you
