Probably not Dutch, have you tested it to see if it is silver? The first mark could be a crescent moon.

Thanks for the information. The crowned S town mark of Schmalkalden, ABH for Adam Balthasar Herdt. And what would be the letter N or Z with "arrow", is it the mark of assayer or year letter?

To me it seems to read the maker's mark CM above 78 for C ornelis M onteban, registered in the city of Schoonhoven, 1843 till he died on 20-5-1880. He employed an engraver for some time (mechanical Rose Engine or ‘Decorative Lathe’ operator).
