So based on the fact that she is looking right I learn that this is 1908-1926 84 Russian Silver.
Yet, no idea who is the maker.

Here are some clarifications-
The tongs were purchased through an online auction (and described as Russian 84 silver). This is of their source.
As of the other hint- The letters read to me as Cyrillic N H A - but I am not familiar with Russian in general.

Hi,
Just got those sugar tongs. I was told they are Russian silver but yet could not get to identify them.
Maker's mark seem to be similar to UnIdentified Moscow 1893-1895 but other than that no clue (I could be totally wrong with that as well).
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance ...
