Recognize this family crest?

This fork came down to me through my Coleman family line, however, this doesn't match any of the crests that I've seen for a Coleman. England and Ireland factor in the Coleman family history; they came to the US about 1840 via Paris. That line also has some Morgans and Barrys in it, but I didn't see...

May I ask two follow up questions? Is there any indication what the silver purity is? And what does the Letter stand for? "O". I thought it meant 1859. Thank you.

This is a fork that the family says came from Ireland and eventually to the US with family early. I don't recognize a silver mark, so I apologize if this is plate. Help on marks for scalloped ladel?

This ladel has been in my family at least to my great grandparents. Story is purchased in London at some point. There are four marks on the back. Two marks I think I know (those are my notes on images). However, "GB" could be "Great Britain" or maker's mark "George Baskervil...
