I'm not sure if this is German, but its what the seller told me when I bought it. So I'll start here. Any ideas about identifying the mark?

I was focusing on the wrong mark - was trying to identify the mark on steel part, so thank you for the reference for that. The maker "wb" is there but super small. I found this one online and its nearly identical.
