Would someone please be able to identify the maker and rough date for this spoon, please? Stamped 13 1/4 and IT; I would think that IT is a maker's initials. There has been a similar spoon on the forum previously (with IR initials), the style suggesting Norway from around 1850.

It's a bit battered and has lost pieces of the applied dragon but presumably Chinese? I'm not even sure what the object is - toothpick holder, liqueur /spirit vessel? Any contributions would be appreciated.

Thank you very much, MS. I would have never found that. The decoration is typical of the style which you often see on Staffordshire pottery from the 1870s to 1890s so would fit in with it being an export piece.
