NEUS hallmark on serving spoons

I have a set of 6 serving spoons that I'm suspicious of (germansilver?) https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/20703156/DSC_1677.JPG that all have this hallmark, NEUS also what appears to be an 'N' with a teardrop above it. Some have an 'O' instead. not sure what that all means. They seem a little thic...
