Thanks AG2012 I had considered Fleckner but isn't it unusual for the mark to deviate from that registered? Priestly (Watch Case Makers of England 1720 -1920) shows his Birmingham registered mark to be JF incuse and I have seen examples of that, but nothing in the double lozenge design. John Fleckner...

I have tried Priestley, Jackson's and this site but the maker remains unidentified. Can anyone help?
