Unknown hallmark, looks like Medusa?!?

Unknown hallmark, circle with wavy lines (Medusa maybe), on 925 silver Brooch with genuine amethyst stone. Looks vintage, I would not say it's antique. Any idea on hallmark origin??? Re: Ilya Egorovich Sorokin ; manufacture mark ???

Hi. The second punch is not the Soviet (Estonian) punch. These are two marks (together with "ГЦ") from Odessa, 1899-1908. One of them the maker, another - the seller. "ГЦ" - maybe "Г.Цитрин" ( G. Tsitrin ) Thanks for this info. These two letters ГЦ was crucial to me! C...

Re: ID hallmarks on European 19ct silver powder box

Adolf Mayer worked in Frankfurt/Main around 1900. Regards silverfan silverfan, I think you're right, the symbol on the left side is not Tripod or Trident, in fact it could be improvised German crown, so when we take all into consideration should be Adolf Mayer ! ID hallmarks on European 19ct silver powder box

I ask your help in identifying these hallmarks ; box looks like a typical German work from the late 19th century (before the law from 1884), but can not determine with accuracy the hallmarks ; looks to me like 800 (purity ) , Trident or Tripod ( ? ! ) , the initials AM or AN ( ? ! ) . Thank you in a...
