I think the maker is: Gorbunov, Dmitrij Andreewitsch 1883-1908 (working in church silver).
The assayer is (mind the spelling): Oleks, Lev Fedorowitsch
1889 -1894 Moscow
1895-1904 Moscow
1915-1917 Moscow
I greatly appreciate the help. That does look very similar. The "Д" is a little more box ...

I believe you have some trouble with the marks. They are faked as probably the whole object. There is no such hallmark at that time. Please read this:
